We are delighted to announce the launch of a new journal, Microbial Journal, published by Afri publishing. Microbial Journal is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that aims to showcase the latest research and developments in the field of microbiology and its applications.

Microbiology is a diverse and dynamic discipline that encompasses the study of microorganisms and their interactions with humans, animals, plants, and the environment. Microbiology has a significant impact on various aspects of health, agriculture, industry, and biotechnology. Microbial Journal will provide a platform for researchers from Africa and around the world to share their findings and insights on topics such as Microbial Journal ecology, diversity, physiology, genetics, biotechnology, pathogenesis, immunology, and epidemiology.

As a new journal, we are looking for enthusiastic and qualified academicians to join our editorial board. As an editorial board member, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and integrity of the journal. You will be responsible for handling the peer review process of manuscripts assigned to you by the Editor-in-Chief, as well as contributing to the editorial policy and vision of the journal. You will also have the opportunity to network with other experts in your field and promote the journal to your colleagues and peers.

To apply for the editorial board membership, you should have a Masters or PhD degree in microbiology or a related field, and have published at least more than 5 papers in reputable journals in the last 5 years. You should also have experience in peer review and editing, and be able to devote at least 4 hours per week to the journal.
